Center for teaching learning mathematics is headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts. We believe in making math learning engaging,effective and conceptually accurate.

CTLM work with children,teachers and students in helping them understand mathematics better and making it effective . Our techniques offer insights into children thinking and suggest how we can help children to learn mathematics effectively. We offer online classes to children of age 3 to 15 years in 1 to 1 format or 1 to many formats. Along with this CTLM specializes in curriculum designing according to state boards and teacher training across various educational institutes across the globe.

CTLM offers regular workshops and lectures for teachers, special educators, administrators, and parents on mathematics education, learning problems in mathematics and including dyscalculia, teaching training, and mathematics curriculum development every month at Framingham state university.

Prof. Mahesh C. Sharma

Founder and President

Professor Mahesh Sharma is the founder and President of the Centre for Teaching/Learning of Mathematics, Inc. of Framingham, Massachusetts, USA and Berkshire Mathematics in Reading, England. Berkshire Mathematics facilitated his working in the UK and across Europe. The objective of the CT/LM India is to help improve mathematics education in India and help children of India to realize their potential in mathematics.                                                                                                          He is the former President and Professor of Mathematics Education at Cambridge College, where he taught Mathematics and Mathematics Education for more than thirty-five years to undergraduate and graduate students. He is internationally known for his ground-breaking work in Mathematics learning problems and education, particularly dyscalculia and other specific learning disabilities in Mathematics.                                                                                  

He is an author, teacher and teacher-trainer, researcher, consultant to public and private schools, as well as a public lecturer. He was the Chief Editor and Publisher of Focus on Learning Problems in Mathematics, an international, interdisciplinary research Mathematics journal with readership in more than 90 countries, and the Editor of The Math Notebook, a practical source of information for parents and teachers devoted to improving teaching and learning for all children. He provides direct services of evaluation and tutoring for children as well as adults who have learning disabilities such as dyscalculia or face difficulties in learning Mathematics.

Professor Sharma works with teachers and school administrators to design strategies to improve Mathematics curriculum and instruction for all.
He regularly offers workshops, webinars on topics related to Mathematics Education for professionals.

Sanjay Raghav

Chief Operations and Educator

Sanjay Raghav is the chief of operations and educator with CTLM. He is an MSc in Mathematics and MA in Education. He has been associated with schools in India and has been guiding them in developing their curriculum. He is a teacher, teacher trainer, and has taken Professor Sharma’s work to India through online and offline teaching and teacher training. Sanjay Raghav is also an adjunct faculty at School of Education Studies (SES) at Ambedkar University, Delhi, India where he teaches courses on algebra and geometry to students preparing to earn their MA Education. He assists Professor Sharma in his teacher training programs, field research, and developing teacher and student resources.
